Terms for clubs
These apply to every club that uses Grassrooted, alongside our general terms of use and privacy notice.
The information your club holds
Your club is responsible for the information it keeps about its players, parents and staff. Only add what you need to run the club, keep it accurate, and only give access to people who should have it.
Safeguarding and DBS records
Your club must keep its DBS and safeguarding records up to date. Grassrooted shows expiry dates and sends reminders, but checking and renewing them is the club's job.
Leaving Grassrooted
Ask us and we will first deactivate your club: staff and parents can no longer use it, but nothing is deleted yet.
After 90 days your club's information can then be erased for good. A record of these actions is kept so we can show what happened and when.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We'll tell your club administrators before a change takes effect.
