Terms of use

Accounts are for adults: parents and guardians, club administrators, coaches and other club staff. Children do not have their own accounts.

You may only register a child if you are that child's parent or guardian, or you are club staff acting for the club.

Keep your password to yourself. Everything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell the club straight away if you think someone else has access.

Give accurate details, keep them up to date, and use what you can see only for running or taking part in the club. Do not copy or share other families' details.

Coaching feedback is written to help a child improve. Please treat it as private to your family.

The club decides who is offered a place, which team a child plays for, and who is on the waiting list. Registering does not guarantee a place.

You can remove your child's details from your parent screen at any time, and ask the club to close your account. The club may remove access for anyone who misuses the service.

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it is always available or free of faults. It does not replace the club's own safeguarding, medical or emergency arrangements.
